Navigating mental health, identity, or substance use struggles—especially early in life or during major transitions—can feel deeply isolating. Walking through those challenges myself made me realize just how profound an impact the right support, at the right time, can truly have.
That experience is what drove me to this field and fuels my work today. I combine my professional training with genuine personal insight to offer a safe, authentic space where adults, teens, and families can heal, grow, and build self-compassion.
Teens, Adults & Families navigating life transitions, school, work, or relationships.
Neurodivergent Individuals exploring ADHD, autism, or unique processing styles.
Clients Managing Anxiety, Trauma & Depression seeking practical tools and space to heal.
In-Person Sessions: Offered at my office in Lafayette, CO.
Virtual Therapy: Online telehealth sessions available to anyone residing anywhere in Colorado.
Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. I adapt evidence-based modalities to your unique goals and communication style:
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT): Learn to navigate difficult emotions without letting them take the driver's seat.
Neurodiversity-Affirming Care: Tailored support that honors how your brain naturally works.
Relational Therapy: Explore how you connect with yourself and others in a grounded, authentic environment.
Somatic Awareness: Simple body-centered practices to calm your nervous system during times of stress.
